This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the second floor of the popular Summerspell complex, and has a beautiful view of the Gulf. It has a Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, recessed bunks in the hallway and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy free Wi-Fi when you stay with us! Summerspell #204 has been beautifully remodeled and is fully furnished and equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Be sure to check out the pictures of the newly remodeled bathroom! (new in '09) and kitchen (new, Summer 2010). The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, a new refrigerator and stove, new stainless steel sink and faucet.
Summerspell is a quaint complex of 30 units. It is conveniently located between Destin and Miramar beach right on Scenic Hwy 98, just a few minutes drive to the new Destin Commons, Rave Movie Theatres, Silver Sands Factory Outlets, golf courses, great restaurants and much more! Walk across the street to popular Pompano Joes or just go for a nice stroll! Relax by the heated pool or the hot tub. Enjoy the sunsets on your private balcony.
